" I joined the Fuel Good Co on August 16, 2018. I wanted to see if my eating habits were the culprit to my getting "thicker" around my mid section. I think the term people use is "middle age spread". I mean, I know how to eat healthy. After all, I am a 60 year old woman that works out 5 - 6 days a week and I eat a lot of salads! But I LOVE junk food! (There's a reason they call it junk) I thought what are these two women gonna teach me that I don't already know? I thought "I don't have time to fix all those fancy recipes"; well, I found a few easy recipes, tried them, then tried a few more, (there are so many free web sites out there and easy recipes) and that has made me more comfortable in my own kitchen! I changed my workout routine and have really seen results. Fuel Good Co shares recipes and work outs! They are with you on your journey. The Fuel Good Co has made a difference in my life in just 2 months. Since August 16 I have lost 15 pounds (not sure about inches because I didn't measure) I feel great! This is not a fad, it is a lifestyle!"

"When two of my besties started their own healthy eating and lifestyle program this summer, I was so proud of what they were doing, but I didn't think it was something that I needed. I work out 5 mornings a week and ate food that I thought were good for me and always in moderation. After summer vacation ended and my clothes were fitting a little tighter I thought I'd try their program for a month to get myself back in the swing of things. Within two days I realized I knew nothing about food and had been tricking myself into thinking that what I had been eating was good for me. Healthy eating does not mean eating less, sacrificing taste or spending more money. It means planning out meals, eating the right combinations of foods and having more energy than I had before because I was fueling my body with the nutrients it needs and craves. After 4 weeks, my clothes were looser and I was down 8 pounds and 6 total inches. I had been hanging on to those extra pounds since I got married and thought they were forever going to be a part of me. I never thought that in my 40's that I would start feeling and looking more like I did in my 20's. This is not a diet because all those FAIL. This is a lifestyle!
